From the inks to the chemicals needed in the screen printing process, we ensure that we are keeping the environment clean and safe. All of our degreasers, emulsion strippers, and ink cleaners are bio-degradable. We have also installed a complete water filtration system on our washout booth to ensure our water waste is as clean as possible before it leaves our operation. Filtering the water through a series of 6 filters down to a 20-micron filter.

We prefer to print on 100% cotton and other natural fibers whenever possible. Our goal is to reduce the use of plastic wherever possible so we avoid printing on polyester blend fabrics. Cotton and natural fiber garments tend to be nicer on the skin, more durable, and less prone to pilling.
